Jonathan Wall, Custom Home Builder, Inc. is a small, privately owned corporation that specializes in custom-built homes. President of the company, Jonathan Wall has been a North Carolina licensed general contractor since 1995. Jonathan is a 1991 graduate of Campbell University with a degree in Business Administration & Marketing. Following graduation, Jonathan began a sole proprietorship that did sub-contract work for other contractors. After learning every aspect of the building process, Jonathan began building his own homes in 1996. The company completes 5 to 7 custom built homes each year. This small number allows Jonathan to give personal attention to every detail in each home.

Jonathan Wall has been a member of the Johnston County Home Builders Association since 1998 and has been a participating builder in their annual Parade of Homes for the years 1998 - 2001. In 1998, Jonathan won the gold award for "Ashlyn's Joy" (see Showcase of Homes page for photos). The bronze award was given to Jonathan in 1999 for "Ashlyn's Dream" and the silver award in 2000 for "Welcome Home". His entry in 2001, "Carolina Classic" was not complete at the time of judging due to the events surrounding the September 11th tragedy.

Jonathan Wall, Custom Home Builder, Inc. is not limited to building only in Johnston County. Jonathan also builds in Wake and Harnett Counties. His homes have ranged from 1200 to 3500 square feet. Jonathan loves working with customers from the planning stages until the finishing touches have been put on each home. He is a hands-on builder who strives for 100% customer satisfaction.

Jonathan also does remodeling projects and room additions. He can help you expand or update your existing home. Some of his remodeling projects have included: finishing off 3rd floors, adding garages, adding sunrooms/screen porches, and adding heated living space such as family rooms or bedrooms.
